3. Description:

1. Scattered tropical structure should be wavy type

2. No any damage or scratch on the surface of the core, keep aluminum fins are modified.

   Plastic cap should be put on the tube mouth
3. Interior alleyway must bear the pressure of 5.0 Mpa water test, 10mintues water test without no deformation or leakage. Then, 1.6Mpa gas tightness test, 30minitues without deformation or any leakage.
4. Thoroughly welding at the passage of inner fins, guarantee the surface was clean and without any air-hole or crack, finished with nice surface.
5. This oil cooler was referred to the standard of JB/T7261-94 aluminum plate- fin heat exchanger technical document granting condition.
