Features of Water cooler

All parts has been cleaned strictly, drying. Fins are modified with smooth apperance.

All long smooth of short bar and perpendicularity has been controlled.

Weld joint are with full of welding, and no weld penetration or desoldering.

No any damage or scratch on the surface of the core

plates,which have a corrugation pattern to create high turbulence in the fluids and thereby maximise the heat transfer.

3. Technical requirement

(1) This water cooler was referred to the standard of JB/T7261-94 aluminum plate- fin heat exchanger technical document granting condition.

(2) Thoroughly welding at the channel of inner fin, guarantee the surface was clean and without any gas porosity or crack, finished with smooth surface.

(3) Interior alleyway must bear the pressure of 1.5 Mpa water test, 10mintues water test without no deformation or leakage. Then, 1.0Mpa gas tightness test, 30minitues without air bubble.

(4) Tub mouth must be protected with plastic cap or plastic film.
