Description:

1. 50mm thick sandwich panels with PU foam insulation, external panel is painted galvanized steel,                 inside panel could be painted galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel sheet, anti-corrosion,                        suitable for humid environment of swimming pool.  

2.  Aluminium alloy frame, anti cold bridge design, elimination of thermal bridges;  
3. Access door: Outward opening for negative pressure section, inward opening for positive                           pressure section, reduce air leakage. Hinged door or panel door. Access window is optional.
4. Fan system: DIDW backward or forward curved blade centrifugal fan, direct driven plug fan is                      also offered for some special AHU; 
5. Motor: famous brand good quality motor, insulation class F. Belt drive, high quality V-shaped belt,                anti vibration rubber or spring damper, reduce vibration transmission.
6. Copper tubes with hydrophilic aluminium fins, high heat exchange efficiency, anti-corrosion. 
7. Drain pan: Suitable slope drain pan, easy for water drainage, stainless steel or painted galvanized             steel material. All pans have done leakage and pressure test.
8. Filteration: Adopt nylon or metal mesh prefilter, non woven plate filter for primary filter G3~G4(Efficiency     55%~75%), bag filter for secondary filter F7~F9(efficiency 80%~95%), HEPA filter or special function          filter is optional

9. Wheel dehumidication: strong capacity of dehumidification, excellent performance in low or high                   temperature, alkali environment.

Could be worked as supply air with cooling, dehumidification separately or together according to necessary.
