Description:
Purified air enters heat exchanger in fractionating column, and exchanges heat with refluxed oxygen, nitrogen and waste nitrogen, and then it is throttled and enters lower column. A small part of air out of purifier enters booster end of turbo expander, while the energy needed by the booster is from expander. After going through water cooler, the boosted air enters heat exchanger, and then withdrawn from the middle to the expansion side of expander for expansion working. The low temperature after expanded enters upper column (or partial air enters waste nitrogen pipes to be re-warmed and vented). The air is preliminarily separated in lower column, then through sub-cooler the liquid air extracted from the top of lower column to middle of upper column. Through sub-cooler, liquid nitrogen extracted from the top of lower column goes to the top of upper column. Product oxygen can be extracted from the condenser evaporator at the bottom of upper column after the air is completely rectified in the upper column. The re-warmed product oxygen from heat exchanger is discharged out of fractionating column, and enters oxygen balancer for balancing, and then charged to cylinders after boosted by oxygen compressor.
Nitrogen extracted from top of column is discharged to fractionating column after re-warmed in LIN/Liquid air.
Waste nitrogen is extracted from the upper column’s waste nitrogen outlet, re-warmed in the heat exchanger, and then becomes the regeneration gas of MS purifier.
