Features:

1. Machinery is intended to generate nitrogen from compressed air with carbon molecular sieve (CMS)

 based on PSA (pressure swing adsorption) separation technology 

2. Mainly constructed with filtration device, carbon molecular sieve, N2 reservoir and control system 

3. Pressure regulator is equipped to limit pressure of input compressed air 

4. Pressure relief valve is provided for whole pressure system 

5. Silencers are equipped for exhausting gas to reduce sound level 

6. Equipment adapts supercharger system and fast nitrogen producing system 

7. Equipment adapts high-octane BF200 carbon molecule sieve and core accessories are imported 

8. Equipment also adapts water cooling and constant temperature device 

9. Silicon oil pressure gauge with good shockproof function are adopted in machinery

Compressed air is filtered twice: 

1. Primary filtration: three class precision filter 

2. Secondary filtration: active carbon filtration device with capacity
