    Description:

       

          his air separation plant is deeply researched and developed in process calculation, process organization, process control and design, manufacture and assembling of packing column based on the technical features the of new generation air separation plant. Besides structural packing column and complete rectification to produce argon without hydrogen, efficient evaporation falling temperature technique, double layers adsorption technique and double main condensers technique are adopted, which are used in the upper column, argon column, water cooling column, molecular sieve adsorbers and condenser evaporator, and makes the complete set of air separation plant substantially increase efficiency and reduce consumption.

          Part of the waste nitrogen gas from upper part of upper column out of cold box after being re-warmed in sub-cooler and main heat exchanger is meet the requirement of MS regeneration; the rest is discharged.
