Delivery & Shipping:
1. Products are shipped via EMS,DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT and HK air mail for the samples or small orders.Less
orders, we need a full payment.
2. We can provide sea or air freight forwarder or shipping agency.
3. In order to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we declare lower value.
4. Shipping via EMS,UPS,FedEx and TNT express usually takes 3-7 working days dependent
on the destination country.
5. Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Payment:
1. Less orders, we need a full payment.
2. Payment by T/T. Should pay 50% deposit, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
3. No payment collection.We only can deliver goods after getting payment for the new customer.
Warranty:
1. Product is defective ,please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
2. All the defective products need send the pictures and confirmed by us and then returned on their original
condition,in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
3. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning, seller is responsible for shipping cost of resending.
