Cryogenic air separation technology is a traditional technology which is based on the boiling point of the air components. Before liquidizing the air, the normal air must pass the purification system to remove moisture, dust, CO2, possible acetylene (C2H2) and some hydrocarbon.
The cryogenic oxygen plant is based on deep freezing cryogenic technology, because each gas has its specific boil point. The equipment includes air cooling, double bed adsorptive, frozen cycle theory of low inflation turbine expander, after through advanced and efficient fin heat exchanger ,the air becomes liquid , then according to the different boiling point of liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen, second distillation in the fractionators, then get the high purity (99.6%) oxygen and more than 99.99% nitrogen and optional argon.
